About Team Pratt

Brad and Darleen Pratt both had successful careers in Real Estate prior to meeting in 2011 at the RE/MAX On The Charles Office. They got engaged in Las Vegas at the RE/MAX annual convention and married in 2013 branding themselves as Team Pratt.

Brad, a Boston College graduate, brings to the table a rich background in construction giving his clients an invaluable perspective while looking at properties. He takes his time to thoroughly walk through the entire home while providing his opinion on the pros and cons based on his experience both real life and in business.
Darleen holds a Master's degree from Lesley College. Before stepping into the real estate arena, she had a career working in the Human Resources Depts. for fortune 500 companies. Her background enables her to understand the diverse needs of clients. Darleen ensures that every client receives personalized attention and solutions tailored to their unique needs.
